FAQ - Mobile Simulator
How much space is needed to setup the golf simulator?
The enclosure is 16'x18'x11'. The space should be relatively level and free from any low hanging tree branches or other obstructions. The simulator can be set up indoors, but will need at least 11' ceilings and 16'x18' in the room.
Do you supply the golf equipment to use?
Right-handed and left-handed men's regular flex golf clubs will be available for use, but you are more than welcome to use your own. Golf balls will be provided by us.
What if there is inclement weather on the day of my booking?
Although we at ForeU Golf strive to bring you golf in all seasons, there may be certain conditions that prohibit us from doing so. In those situations, we will do our best to reschedule your booking or refund your fee if the weather does not cooperate. Cancellation due to weather will be at the discretion of ForeU Golf.
How do you power everything?
A power source within 100ft of the simulator location is required. This makes for easy set up and use of the simulator.
Can I add time when I'm approaching the end of my booking?
As long as ForeU Golf has no other obligations following your booking we will do our best to fulfill your request for $75 per additional hour.
What is your payment/cancellation policy?
We require a 50% deposit due at the time of booking, and the remaining 50% is due upon arrival. Cancellations within 5 business days of the event will incur a 25% cancellation fee and we will refund half of the deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 50% cancelation fee and forfeit the deposit. All cancelations prior to 5 days before will receive a full refund of the deposit.
